From a very long time the farm has a vine-growing vocation and the production of typical wine comes from many generations. The smooth slopes of the Bolognese hills has provided a wide variety of typical grapes: pignoletto, sauvignon, barbera, cabernet sauvignon and riesling italico. All the grape-yard is grown with the ORGANIC METHOD (AIAB certification) and the fruits are trasformed in the farm cellar to obtain a genuine, natural wine according to the tradition. This can be joined to a typical cooking which is to be served in the restaurant just upstairs. It is also possible to buy the wine in the farmhouse directly, in packs of 2-6-12 bottles.
We also produce jams, home made bread, juices…. just come and try them!
